I joined Vocalfy to lead the transition from WordPress to a modern stack for a platform offering royalty-free vocals for music producers. I built the app, with a focus on aligning execution with the company’s direction and keeping data integrity intact throughout the migration.
The platform ran on Next.js, Postgres (RDS), and Stripe. It has e-commerce, vocalists hiring flow, and subscription system.
*) This app will be launched in April 2026
In early 2024, I joined Lalals, an AI tool for music producers. I helped unblock a stalled transition from WordPress to a modern stack. Taking over a half-finished build and moving it to launch.
The project spanned three apps (Next.js frontend, Next.js admin, and a NestJS internal API). I led a two-person team, supported data migration, and helped ship the platform as it grew to roughly 400k users.
In late 2024, I was tasked with a project from the ground up. A platform where users can create, enjoy, and share AI-generated songs. The project spanned three apps (Next.js frontend, Next.js admin, and a NestJS API).
My focus was execution quality, making sure the product matched the product manager’s vision and shipped with a polished, consistent UI. We launched in early 2025, and I supported it from zero to roughly 20k users.
In 2022, I worked on Poplar, an investment app that used blockchain-based strategies and allowed clients to invest for very short periods of time.
Coming from a WordPress/PHP background, I joined the product team as we brought in an external React/Redux team. Helped to move the product from an external React/Redux team to an in-house team.
Note: I'm currently employed. I cannot take more projects. But there is no harm in connecting.
